Industrial Hygiene Technician – Melbourne Office, Tampa Office and Miami Office

Performs forensic indoor air quality assessments, establishes causation, water pathways, scope of damage and methods of remediation. Calibrates and operates indoor air quality diagnostic equipment and interpretes results of direct-read instruments and lab analysis data. Compiles assessment materials to include field notes, instrument readings, lab analysis, photographic documentation, and site drawings. Produces quality reports based on company style guide and approach to indoor air quality methodologies. Establishes contact with clients, performs fieldwork, produces deliverables, and submits deliverables to clients.

Basic Requirements:

  • Experience performing indoor air quality assessments and drafting reports
  • BA/BS from an accredited university or college in the field of environmental science or associated field.
  • Valid FL driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds
  • Job requires some overtime and weekend work

Environmental Scientist – Miami Office

Immediate openings for entry level environmental scientists and engineers. At a minimum, the candidate should have a B.S. in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology or a related discipline. Position responsibilities may include project and regulatory research, client interaction, report preparation, field sampling, air quality permitting and compliance, general environmental compliance, and health risk assessment studies. Asbestos Technician – Miami Office

Immediate opening for an entry level asbestos technician to perform asbestos inspections, bulk-sampling, and reporting in accordance with EPA-Accredited, Florida licensing requirements. Position responsibilities include; calibrating and operating asbestos diagnostic equipment and interprets results of lab analysis data; performing asbestos remediation air monitoring and contractor supervisor oversight of asbestos remediation projects; compiling air-monitoring materials to include field notes, instrument readings, lab analysis, photographic documentation, and site drawings; perform lab analysis of asbestos air samples by phase contrast microscopy (PCM); produce quality reports; and, client interaction.
