Timothy Gipe - President/Director of Consulting Services
Mr. Gipe is the President/CEO of EE&G and has been responsible for the overall management and direction of EE&G since 1996. Mr. Gipe is responsible for the technical, administrative, and fiscal management of the firm, including direction of the firm’s business development activities. As President, Mr. Gipe has led EE&G to increasing profits, client and business diversification, and both revenue and geographical growth. In addition to his officer and director responsibilities, Mr. Gipe also has been the firm's Principal in Charge for some of the nation's largest disaster projects in our history: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer's Forensic Debris Recovery Mission at the Freshkills Landfill following the World Trade Center Disaster after 9/11, U.S. Army Corps Hurricane Katrina and Rita Debris Recovery Mission in New Orleans, and Hurricane Frances and Jeanne Restoration in east central Florida. Mr. Gipe also has served as Project Director and/or Project Manager on hundreds of projects involving the assessment and remediation of soil and groundwater contamination incidents involving petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, landfills, heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins, and other hazardous substances.

Carolyn Bailey, P.E.Vice President of Operations
Ms. Bailey has over 18 years of progressive experience in project management, specializing in hotel construction and renovations, and hazardous waste management, developing budgets and managing expenses and procurement, and interfacing with high- level executives, partners, staff, governmental agencies, vendors, attorneys and internal support functions. Ms. Bailey's experience also includes design and development of residential and commercial properties, design of infrastructure including street layout, utility design, storm water management, and septic design.

Mark SkweresSenior Technical Advisor/Industrial Hygiene Services
Mr. Skweres has over 16 year of experience managing EE&G’s emergency response efforts for other entities such as CSX Transportation, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Lucie and Dade County Public Schools. Mr. Skweres has worked extensively with EE&G’s Hazardous Substance and Industrial Hygiene/Asbestos Practices, and his cross-trained experience has allowed him to manage a wide variety of projects. Mr. Skweres served as a member of initial response team for the World Trade Center Recovery Project at Fresh Kills Landfill that involved engineering support services for debris sorting and recovery operation, and has managed large mold remediation projects.

Reid SundbergSenior Project Manager for Construction Services
Mr. Sundberg has over 30 years of experience planning, budgeting, and directing construction projects, ensuring completion and client satisfaction, for numerous commercial, institutional and heavy construction projects. Mr. Sundberg recently managed the demolition of 84 existing classroom buildings and the installation of 172 modular side-stackable units at eight different campuses for St. Lucie County School Board.

Adrian B. Woods, P.E., CGC, LEED APConstruction Services & Engineering
Mr. Woods is a civil engineer, certified general contractor, and a LEED Accredited Professional with a background in both the engineering and construction fields. He has over 15 years of experience in the areas of civil engineering, environmental engineering, and construction. Mr. Woods has extensive project management experience primarily focusing on large-scale design/build projects. Mr. Woods has worked on numerous large remediation and re-development projects for defense contractors and Fortune 50 companies. In addition. Mr. Woods has managed the vertical construction of numerous residential and commercial projects with an emphasis on “green” and energy-efficient construction practices.

Susan Galante, P.E., C.G.C.Vice President/Director of Engineering
Ms. Galante has over 18 years of experience conducting and managing engineering and construction/demolition projects including: the design and modification of chemical storage packaging/manufacturing facilities; storm water management; industrial wastewater treatment; domestic wastewater treatment; potable water treatment and distribution; soil, sediment, and groundwater assessment and remediation; solid waste management; environmental site assessments and compliance audits; pollution prevention studies; emergency response; process safety management and risk management planning; and design/ modification of combined cycle power plants and coal gasification plants. Ms. Galante provided vital civil engineering services related to the several of the disaster response plans for the Staten Island World Trade Center Recovery Project at Fresh Kills Landfill.

Craig Clevenger, P.G. - Senior Technical Advisor, Environmental Engineering & Consulting
Mr. Craig Clevenger is a Florida-registered Professional Geologist with over 17 years of experience in the environmental consulting field involving the management of Real Estate Due Diligence Assessments (Phase I and Phase II ESAs); Contamination and Site Assessments (including characterization and delineation of soil and groundwater impacts); design and implementation of remedial and monitoring systems; the preparation of professional CAP, CAR, SAR, RAP and MOP reports; RBCA Risk Assessments and Feasibility Studies; expert witness testimony; and associated regulatory agency contact. Mr. Clevenger has managed thousands of assessment projects across the State of Florida and southern United States, which involved impacts from petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, heavy metals, pesticides, PCBs, dioxins/furans, and other related wastes. Projects included: City of Fort Lauderdale General Environmental Services, the City of Fort Lauderdale Brownfields Pilot Grant Contract, and City of Miami Brownfields Contract.

Jay Sall, C.I.H., L.A.C. - Practice Director of Industrial Hygiene & Safety
Mr. Sall has over 19 years of experience in the recognition, evaluation and control of hazards in the work place. Mr. Sall is the Director of the Indoor Air Quality and Industrial Hygiene program for all EE&G Offices, and responsible for the development and implementation of in-house technical training of field and sales personnel, establishment of standardized survey protocols and reports, quality control of IAQ/IH studies, development of marketing and sales strategies. Mr. Sall has provided expert witness testimony in State and County Courts, and acted as the registered professional of record for environmental health and safety aspects of recovery in Orleans Parish, Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina, and for the development and implementation of a health and safety plan for the Staten Island World Trade Center Recovery Project at Fresh Kills Landfill.

Dan Cottrell, Ph.D., P.G., L.A.C. - Project Director, Senior Technical Advisor
Dr. Daniel J. Cottrell holds a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Miami’s RSMAS and is a Professional Geologist, a Licensed Asbestos Consultant, EPA-certified Lead-Based Paint Professional, and Certified Radon Measurement Specialist (all State of Florida). Dr. Cottrell is a Senior Technical Advisor and QA/QC Officer with 20 years of experience in the environmental and contracting industry. Dr. Cottrell is the Director of the NIST/NVLAP-accredited Polarized Light Microscope laboratory. Dr. Cottrell acts as the main Asbestos Consultant for the firm, overseeing the technical aspect of asbestos contracting throughout EE&G’s offices in the State of Florida. Dr. Cottrell served as Senior Project Professional, and QA/QC Officer for the environmental risk management, and health and safety consulting services project for the United States Army Corps of Engineers during the Hurricane Katrina debris cleanup project in Orleans Parish, New Orleans. Dr. Cottrell served as one of the Senior Registered Professionals for the World Trade Center Recovery Project at Fresh Kills Landfill during the debris sorting and recovery operation. Responsibilities included daily oversight of the industrial hygiene monitoring program for site workers, technical review of industrial hygiene monitoring data, report preparation and review of weekly deliverables and quality control management of the sites-specific industrial hygiene database, which consisted of over 6,000 laboratory analyses.

Richard Grupenhoff - Senior Project Manager
Mr. Grupenhoff has over 16 years of experience as an asbestos project manager and 13 years as the senior operations manager for the Miami asbestos division. He has been a Senior Project Manager and main contact for many high-profile, long-term clients in the hospital, industrial, educational and commercial facilities sectors. He has managed over 1,000 asbestos and lead-paint projects, including surveys, specifications, air quality testing, abatement oversight, and training.

Mr. Schambach has over 18 years of experience in the environmental industry and has served as Senior Project Manager on a wide range of indoor air quality, asbestos, lead, and industrial hygiene projects for Volusia and Brevard County Schools, Brevard Family of Housing Authorities, Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral Air Station, Patrick Air Force Base, Holmes Regional Medical Center, Wuesthoff Hospital, Cape Canaveral Hospital, Federated Department Stores, CSX Transportation, Raytheon Support Services, General Electric Corporation, Harris Corporation and various other public and private sector clients. Mr. Schambach served as Technical Project Manager for the environmental risk management, and health and safety consulting services project for the United States Army Corps of Engineers during the Hurricane Katrina debris cleanup project in Orleans Parish, New Orleans.

Kirk Smith - Tampa Operations Manager/Senior Project Manager
Mr. Smith has been a part of the EE&G team since 1993 and has managed EE&G's Tampa Office since 2000. In addition to his office management and financial responsibilities, Mr. Smith directs environmental-related projects for regional clients. These projects generally fall into three categories: hazardous substances, which relate to Phase I and II environmental site assessments and soil remediation; indoor air quality (IAQ) services, which relate to IAQ and mold assessments of facilities and remediation when necessary; and industrial hygiene services which relate to various types of exposure monitoring, radon testing, and asbestos/lead assessments, operations & maintenance programs, abatement specifications, and air monitoring.

Mr. Smith served as Project Manager for EE&G's role supporting the World Trade Center Recovery Project at Fresh Kills Landfill for the debris sorting and recovery operation. More Recently, Mr. Smith was heavily involved with EE&G's role with the Hurricane Katrina Debris Collection Project in New Orleans, Louisiana. On both projects, Mr. Smith was involved in the development and implementation of health and safety, and industrial hygiene sampling programs for personnel engaged in various debris collection/handling activities, as well as the management of EE&G's professional staff. Mr. Smith was also involved in the technical management of personnel conducting pre-demolition asbestos surveys of hundreds of condemned structures after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in Orleans and Cameron Parishes.

Paul LeeOffice Director/Senior Project Manager
Mr. Lee has over 18 years of experience in the environmental consulting field, including conducting and managing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Contamination Site Assessments, Tank Closure Assessments, Source Removal Assessments, and installing and maintaining remediation systems. Mr. Lee has managed numerous groundwater remediation projects involving the use of Oxygen Release Compounds, and managed several geophysical surveys of commercial properties using ground penetrating radar and electromagnetic survey equipment to identify buried debris. Mr. Lee has completed several Spill Prevention Control & Counter-Measure Plans and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans for the Florida Department of Military Affairs at National Guard facilities through the state of Florida, and has conducted hundreds of demolition and renovation asbestos surveys throughout central Florida for numerous clients including Brevard, Orange and Seminole County Public Schools, and throughout the southeast for a national client. Mr. Lee has performed environmental consulting activities throughout the Midwest and the Southeastern United States. Mr. Lee currently manages EE&G’s Central Florida consulting office.

Cheri Kinch-HolmesPresident - Licensed Public Adjuster
Cheri Kinch-Holmes is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of EE&G Disaster Recovery Services including development of business practices, operations and corporate communications. In addition Cheri creates and fosters client relations to ensure her clients have a stress free experience. Cheri is responsible for identifying and developing a team of professionals to provide public adjusting services. Cheri has over 15 years of extensive experience in public adjusting and has settled over 1000 insurance claims on behalf of her clients including over 500 flood insurance claims and 200 homeowners’ insurance claims in Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina, Ike, Gustav and Isaac. In addition, Cheri has settled over 800 homeowners’ insurance claims for damage due to smoke and ash, earthquake, wind and water in California.
