EE&G managed environmental assessment and remediation at a Brownfield site with a history of automotive, dry cleaning, and printing operations. Expanded investigations uncovered three previously unidentified underground storage tanks, which EE&G removed while performing and interim source removal of petroleum impacted soils.
The team helped secure state brownfield funding for contaminated soil disposal and managed source removal, petroleum free product recovery, and groundwater treatment. Services also included dust and erosion controls, soil and groundwater remediation, site work, post remediation groundwater monitoring, and regulatory coordination to support phased site closure and redevelopment.
